This product adopts modified MDI foaming system, ensuring good structural stability at -60℃ low temperature without embrittlement or cracking. The surface is coated with food-grade antibacterial and mildew resistant coating, complying with FDA food contact material standards, suitable for fresh food and medical cold chain scenarios. The steam barrier rate is as high as 99%, avoiding internal frosting affecting insulation performance. The enterprise mouth splicing design is matched with sealing strips to achieve zero-gap installation, preventing cold and hot air penetration. Compared with traditional extruded boards, the insulation performance is improved by more than 30%, effectively reducing the operating energy consumption of cold chain systems.

The standard size is 1100mm (length) ×2200mm (width), with optional thicknesses of 80mm/100mm/120mm/150mm. The base material density is 42±2 kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/(m·K) at 25℃ and ≤0.025 W/(m·K) at -60℃. The water absorption rate is ≤0.2% (v/v). The fire rating complies with GB8624 Grade B1 and NFPA 285 standards. The temperature resistance range is -60℃ to 80℃. The food-grade antibacterial coating complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 178.3297 standards. The weight of a single board is about 18-33 kg depending on the thickness. The packaging uses waterproof stretch film + solid wood pallets, with about 40 boards loaded per pallet.
It is suitable for various low-temperature cold storages, fresh cold chain storage centers, medical cold chain transport compartments and freezer container insulation layers. It can also be used for the insulation enclosure structure of polar scientific research stations. It can stably maintain the cold chain environment temperature, reduce the operating time of refrigeration equipment, reduce the overall operating cost of cold chain logistics, and ensure the transportation and storage quality of fresh food and medical products.
