This product adopts open-cell polyurethane foaming structure, which has both thermal insulation and sound absorption and noise reduction functions. The average sound insulation capacity reaches 28dB (1000Hz frequency band), which can effectively block noise transmission between upper and lower floors. The E0 grade base material has formaldehyde emission compliant with GB 18580-2017 standard, and will not release harmful gases, suitable for family living spaces. The surface adopts embossed texture design, which has both decoration and anti-slip properties, and can be directly used as ceiling finish without additional coating. The buckling installation method does not require glue, which is convenient for installation and reduces construction pollution. Compared with traditional gypsum board ceilings, the insulation performance is improved by 40%, reducing the energy consumption of indoor air conditioning and heating.

The standard size is 1220mm (length) ×2440mm (width), with optional thicknesses of 20mm/30mm/40mm/50mm. The base material density is 30±2 kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of 0.023 W/(m·K) at 25℃. The average sound insulation capacity (100-4000Hz) is ≥28dB. The formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³ (E0 grade). The water absorption rate is ≤0.5% (v/v). The fire rating complies with GB8624 Grade B2 standards. The temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 60℃. The weight of a single board is about 7-18 kg depending on the thickness. The packaging uses kraft paper bags, with about 8 boards loaded per bag.
It is suitable for ceiling sound insulation and insulation of home bedrooms, living rooms, commercial office places, school classrooms and hospital consulting rooms. It can also be used as the insulation and sound insulation layer of indoor partition walls. It can effectively reduce indoor noise pollution, improve indoor comfort, and reduce indoor temperature loss, reducing heating and cooling costs.
