This product adopts high-strength color steel plate as the surface layer, matched with high-density polyurethane foam core material, with high overall structural strength and seismic performance complying with GB 50011-2010 building seismic design standards. The sandwich structure has multiple functions of thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.021 W/(m·K), which can effectively reduce indoor temperature loss. The bolt-type detachable connection design allows the board to be disassembled and reused repeatedly, reducing material waste after building demolition. The surface color steel plate can be painted according to needs to meet the appearance design requirements of different buildings. Compared with traditional prefabricated building enclosure materials, the construction speed is improved by 60%, and no on-site insulation layer is required, and the enclosure structure can be installed directly.

The standard size is 1200mm (width) ×3000mm (length), with optional thicknesses of 100mm/150mm/200mm/250mm. The thickness of the surface color steel plate is 0.4-0.6mm. The base material density is 40±2 kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/(m·K) at 25℃. The water absorption rate is ≤0.2% (v/v). The fire rating complies with GB8624 Grade A and NFPA 285 standards. The temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 120℃. The weight of a single board is about 35-90 kg depending on the thickness. The packaging uses steel frame pallets, with about 8 boards loaded per pallet.
It is suitable for the enclosure structure of modular integrated houses, temporary office buildings, camping ground houses and post-disaster reconstruction resettlement houses. It can also be used for exterior wall and roof insulation systems of prefabricated houses. It can quickly complete building construction, while providing good thermal insulation performance, reducing the later operating energy consumption of buildings, and complying with the green development concept of prefabricated buildings.
