The standard size of this container body insulation board is 1160mm in length and 2400mm in width, with optional thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 150mm to meet different thermal insulation requirements for different types of cargo. The impact-resistant rigid polyurethane foam core has a density of 45-55 kg/m³, providing balanced impact resistance and thermal insulation performance. The optional facing materials include 0.5mm thick galvanized steel sheet with a zinc coating weight of 80g/m², or 2mm thick FRP panel with good weather resistance. The panels are pre-drilled with mounting holes for easy bolted assembly during container body manufacturing, or can be welded to the container frame for a more secure fit.
