This product features an impact-resistant rigid polyurethane foam core that can withstand occasional collisions during transportation and handling without cracking or deformation, reducing the risk of damage to the insulation layer during logistics operations. The galvanized steel sheet or FRP facing provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, protecting the foam core from moisture and physical damage. Its thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/(m·K) ensures efficient thermal insulation, maintaining the internal temperature of the container within a stable range for long-distance transportation. The Class A flame retardant rating ensures that it will not support combustion in the event of a fire, meeting the strict fire safety requirements for transportation vehicles and cargo containers. It also has good resistance to extreme temperatures, from -30℃ for frozen cargo transportation to 90℃ for high-temperature cargo protection, making it suitable for a wide range of transportation scenarios. The RoHS compliant environmental rating ensures that it does not contain harmful heavy metals, making it suitable for international transportation and compliant with EU environmental regulations.

The standard size of this container body insulation board is 1160mm in length and 2400mm in width, with optional thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 150mm to meet different thermal insulation requirements for different types of cargo. The impact-resistant rigid polyurethane foam core has a density of 45-55 kg/m³, providing balanced impact resistance and thermal insulation performance. The optional facing materials include 0.5mm thick galvanized steel sheet with a zinc coating weight of 80g/m², or 2mm thick FRP panel with good weather resistance. The panels are pre-drilled with mounting holes for easy bolted assembly during container body manufacturing, or can be welded to the container frame for a more secure fit. The panel has a bending strength of over 20MPa, ensuring that it can withstand the vibration and impact of long-distance transportation. Custom sizes and facing materials are available to match the exact requirements of different container models, with a maximum custom size of 1200mm×2800mm.
This container body special polyurethane insulation board is primarily applicable to various types of freight containers, including dry van containers, refrigerated containers, and special cargo containers for hazardous materials. It is also suitable for the body insulation of box trucks, refrigerated delivery vehicles, mobile medical shelters and mobile office compartments. It can protect transported goods such as fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, frozen food and electronic products from extreme temperatures during long-distance transportation and storage. During the manufacturing of container bodies, the panels can be easily assembled using bolts or welding, reducing production time and labor costs. It meets the strict safety and environmental protection standards of international transportation organizations such as IMO and ISO, making it a reliable choice for commercial logistics and transportation enterprises.
