The glass fiber reinforced structure reduces the weight of the tile by 40% compared to traditional ceramic barrel tiles, reducing the load on the roof substrate and improving installation safety. The lap joint installation design with fixed clips ensures good waterproof performance, reducing the risk of roof leakage. The surface has an antique texture, which can be customized with hand-painted effects to match the classical architectural style. It has ASTM E108 Class A fire resistance rating, making it suitable for areas with high fire risk, and the service life is up to 50 years, far exceeding traditional ceramic tiles.

Each tile measures 400mm in length, 200mm in width and 15mm in thickness, with a barrel diameter of 100mm, covering an area of 0.08 square meters per piece, with approximately 12.5 tiles required per square meter of roof. The net weight of a single tile is 3.6kg, with a compressive strength of not less than 36MPa. The water permeability is controlled at ≤5.5%, achieving IPX8 waterproof rating, suitable for rainy and humid climates. It requires fixed clips during installation, and is compatible with wooden and concrete roof substrates. The recommended installation slope ranges from 18° to 80°, making it suitable for classical roof structures.

This product is mainly applicable to Chinese-style quadrangles, retro homestays, Mediterranean-style resorts, historical building restoration projects and traditional style architectural renovation and new construction projects. It is particularly suitable for classical architectural projects in cultural tourism towns and historical districts, providing both roofing protection and classical decorative effects. It can also be used for rural residential building roofing in southern China, adapting to the local humid and rainy climate environment.
