Adopts double-layer fluorocarbon spraying process, with 1000 hours of salt spray resistance test, suitable for high humidity coastal environments. The aluminum alloy material weighs only 50% of clay tiles, reducing roof load and suitable for old building renovation. Hidden buckle installation eliminates exposed fasteners, improving overall aesthetics. It can adapt to 90° curved radian for curved roofs, solving the pain point that traditional barrel tiles cannot adapt to curved buildings. It is also equipped with a thermal insulation coating, which can reduce roof temperature by more than 12℃ in summer and reduce building energy consumption.

The base material thickness is 1.2mm. The single block size is 410mm (length) × 180mm (width). The weight of a single tile is 1.1±0.05kg. The laying amount per square meter is about 12.5 pieces. The fire resistance rating is Class A per GB 8624, waterproof rating is IPX7, wind load resistance ≥1.8kPa, environmental protection rating E0 per GB/T 17657. The fluorocarbon coating thickness is ≥40μm. Colors are optional including Dark Gray, Ochre and Yellowish Brown, with custom colors supported.

It is suitable for European-style retro villas, castle building restoration, overseas holiday manors, antique restaurant facades, historical district European-style building renovation and other scenes. It can also be used for roof decoration of high-end sales offices and retro-style commercial complexes.
