Post RFQ
Adopts a one-time firing process at 1200℃ to avoid glaze peeling caused by traditional secondary firing. It is equipped with standard stainless steel hooks, requiring no on-site cutting and suitable for sloped and curved roofs. The glaze uses weather-resistant pigments, with no fading after 5000 hours of artificial accelerated aging testing. It comes with matching waterproof ridge tiles, achieving IPX8 waterproof rating without additional waterproof layer, solving the industry pain point of roof leakage in ancient buildings. It also has Class A fire resistance, meeting the fire protection specifications of cultural tourism buildings.

Available in two specifications: 300mm×400mm (mainstream model) and 250mm×350mm (small size model). The weight of a single tile is 2.2±0.1kg. The laying amount per square meter is about 8.2 pieces. The fire resistance rating is Class A per GB 8624, waterproof rating is IPX8, wind load resistance ≥1.5kPa, environmental protection rating E0 per GB/T 17657. The surface glaze thickness is 0.8-1.0mm. Colors are optional including Daiqing, Zhuhong, Ancient Bronze and Carbon Black, with custom colors supported.

It is suitable for roof and facade decoration of Chinese-style ancient architecture restoration and replication, cultural tourism characteristic town houses, new Chinese-style homestay hotels, antique commercial streets, temples and palaces. It can also be used for roof paving of small antique buildings such as scenic area public restrooms and antique guard posts.
