Compared with traditional ancient building tiles, its weight is reduced by 15%, and installation efficiency is improved by 30%.The surface retains the natural handcrafted texture of ancient tiles, with a matte finish that perfectly restores the style of historical buildings, and it has a Class A fire rating that meets strict fire protection specifications, solving the long-standing problem of poor fire resistance of traditional ancient building materials.

Each tile has dimensions of 300mm (length) × 400mm (width) × 15mm (thickness), with a single tile weight of approximately 2.6kg. About 8 tiles are required per square meter. The water absorption rate is ≤7.8%, the freeze resistance rating reaches F25 (can withstand -25℃ cyclic freeze-thaw tests), the fire rating is GB 8624 Class A, the surface glaze gloss is ≤15GU, and it is suitable for roof slopes from 15° to 90°. The standard packaging is 6 tiles per carton, with a gross weight of 18kg per carton, with dedicated hanging hooks included for quick installation.

It is mainly used for traditional Chinese ancient building restoration, boutique homestay courtyard roofs, cultural tourism town antique style renovation, traditional temple and Taoist temple roofs, classical garden buildings and high-end private villa roof decoration scenarios. It is particularly suitable for projects that pursue the balance of traditional aesthetics and durability, and can replace traditional blue tiles to reduce overall construction costs and long-term maintenance difficulty.
