The ultra-low thermal conductivity effectively blocks outdoor heat from entering the room in summer and retains indoor heat in winter, reducing building energy consumption. The cement base surface has excellent fire and weather resistance, and the built-in waterproof breathable membrane eliminates the need for additional waterproof coiled materials, reducing construction steps and costs. The tile is easy to install, fits mainstream roof batten systems, and solves the pain points of complex energy-saving roof paving and high maintenance costs. Compared with traditional insulation roof systems, it has a more stable insulation effect and longer service life.

Each insulated concrete roof tile measures 450mm in length and 360mm in width, with an effective coverage area of 0.14 ㎡ per piece. The polystyrene insulation core layer has a thickness of 10mm, and the thermal conductivity is tested in accordance with ASTM C177 standard, controlled at ≤0.037W/(m·K). The water absorption rate is tested in accordance with ASTM C1185 standard, controlled at ≤7%. The fire rating reaches NFPA 101 Class A, ensuring excellent fire safety performance. The tile is available in light gray, white and terracotta colors, and the surface has anti-slip texture to improve construction safety. Each square foot of tile weighs approximately 5.2kg, and the matching installation accessories include stainless steel hanging nails and waterproof sealant strips.
