The core technical highlight of this tile is the imitated ancient building texture molding process, which restores the radian and lap structure of traditional blue tiles, perfectly matching the traditional Chinese roof laying method. The polyester antique glaze coating has strong UV resistance, no fading for 10 years, and the water absorption rate is lower than 6%, effectively preventing freeze-thaw cracking in winter. It is matched with exclusive eaves tile, drip tile and ridge tile accessories, which improve the waterproof performance of the roof, and the weight is 30% lighter than traditional clay tiles, reducing the building's structural load. It solves the problems of high weight and easy breakage of traditional ceramic tiles, and meets the aesthetic needs of cultural heritage building projects.

The arched barrel tile is 380mm long and 200mm wide, while the flat tile is 400mm long and 240mm wide. The roof coverage area per square foot is approximately 0.093 ㎡, and it requires about 10.75 tiles per square foot. The water absorption rate is tested in accordance with ASTM C1185 standard, controlled at ≤6%. The fire rating reaches NFPA 101 Class A, ensuring excellent fire safety performance. The surface glaze coating is formed by high-temperature curing, with a thickness of about 60μm, and has strong adhesion and wear resistance. Each square foot of tile weighs approximately 3.8kg, and the matching installation accessories include stainless steel hanging nails and waterproof sealant strips to enhance the roof's waterproof and wind resistance performance.
