The key technological advantage of this tile lies in the glass fiber reinforcement, which significantly improves the flexural strength and impact resistance, solving the brittleness problem of traditional plain cement tiles. Its low water absorption rate of ≤8% effectively prevents moisture intrusion and freeze-thaw cracking, especially suitable for regions with large temperature differences. The Class A fire rating meets the strict fire safety requirements of North American residential buildings. Additionally, the tile can be installed with minimal additional waterproof underlayment, reducing construction costs and time. Compared to metal roof tiles, it provides better sound insulation performance, reducing outdoor noise transmission into the building, and has a lower overall life cycle cost.

Each standard corrugated concrete roof tile measures 420mm in length and 330mm in width, with an effective coverage area of 0.126 ㎡ per piece. It undergoes strict steam curing production process, which enhances the compactness of the cement base, resulting in a flexural strength of ≥4.5MPa. The water absorption rate is tested in accordance with ASTM C1185 standard, controlled at ≤8%. The fire rating reaches NFPA 101 Class A, ensuring excellent fire safety performance. The tile is available in light gray and terracotta primary colors, and custom color matching is available for large-scale projects. Each tile weighs approximately 3.2kg, and the matching installation accessories include stainless steel hanging nails and waterproof sealant strips to enhance roof waterproof performance.

This product is mainly applicable to the roof paving of single-family residential buildings, townhouses, small commercial stores and other low-rise buildings. It is suitable for pitched roofs with a slope of 20° to 50°, and fits the roof batten systems commonly used in North America. The wind load resistance of ≥1.8kPa can withstand gusts up to 120km/h, meeting the wind resistance requirements of most regions in North America. It is suitable for both new construction and roof renovation projects, providing a durable and cost-effective roofing solution for residential and small commercial building owners, and can effectively adapt to the climate characteristics of North America such as summer rain and winter frost.
