The surface is coated with food-grade gel coat, corrosion-resistant and UV aging resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use.Conical and other special-shaped roofs, solving the problem that traditional tiles cannot adapt to special-shaped buildings. The weight is only 36% of clay tiles, reducing the overall roof load. It is easy to install with buckle connection, no on-site processing required.
The conventional size is 400mm×300mm, supporting custom size. The weight of a single tile is 0.8±0.05kg. The laying amount per square meter is about 8.5 pieces. The impact strength is ≥15kJ/m². The waterproof rating is IPX8, wind load resistance ≥2.0kPa, environmental protection rating E0 per GB/T 17657. The gel coat thickness is ≥0.3mm. There are 10 standard color options, with custom colors supported.
It is suitable for special-shaped antique buildings, curved roof antique projects, large cultural tourism scenic area antique facilities, theme park retro buildings, commercial complex antique decoration and other scenes. It can also be used for roof paving of small antique buildings such as antique pavilions and covered bridges.
