This long-span concrete roof tile is specifically engineered to address the unique challenges of large-scale roofing projects. Its 1200mm length significantly reduces the number of horizontal joints compared to standard concrete roof tiles, cutting down on installation time and reducing the risk of water leaks at joint seams. The glass fiber reinforcement enhances the tile’s impact resistance, protecting it from damage from falling debris, heavy snow and high-wind gusts. The screw-down clip installation system provides secure anchoring for large roof areas, preventing wind uplift even in severe storm conditions with wind speeds up to 150km/h. Its high compressive strength of 45MPa ensures reliable performance under heavy snow loads of up to 2kN per square meter. The tile’s low water absorption rate ensures long-term structural integrity without degradation from moisture exposure.

Each long-span tile measures 1200mm in length, 300mm in width and 15mm in thickness, with a single tile weight of approximately 5.2kg. Approximately 3.3 tiles are required to cover 1 square meter of roof area, making it one of the most efficient concrete roof tiles for large roof areas. The tile has a minimum compressive strength of 45MPa, meeting the requirements for heavy-duty industrial roofing applications. It boasts a wind uplift resistance of 1.8kPa, exceeding the requirements for most industrial building codes in North America and Europe. It is compliant with ASTM C1185 standards for concrete roof tiles, and holds Class A fire rating. The screw-down clip installation system requires 4 clips per tile, with a recommended clip spacing of 600mm for secure anchoring. It is compatible with heavy-duty metal purlin systems.

This long-span industrial concrete roof tile is specifically designed for large-scale commercial and industrial roofing projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing factories, sports stadiums, airplane hangars and large retail centers. It is particularly well-suited for areas with extreme weather conditions, including high wind speeds, heavy snowfall and frequent thunderstorms. Its long, narrow design makes it ideal for large, flat or low-pitch roof areas, where minimizing joint seams is critical to preventing water leaks. The tile’s robust construction ensures long-term performance with minimal maintenance, making it a cost-effective choice for property owners seeking a durable roofing solution for large commercial properties. It works best with heavy-duty metal underlayment and purlin systems, and is not recommended for small residential roof areas.
