This electronic grade DMC is a colorless, odorless transparent liquid with 99.99% minimum purity, ≤0.001% moisture content, ≤5 APHA color, and 1.068 g/cm³ density at 20°C. All metal impurities including Fe, Na, K, and Ca are controlled to below 10 ppb. Packaging uses 20KG food-grade stainless steel sealed drums, complying. It has an 18-month shelf life when stored in a constant-temperature clean room away from direct sunlight.
Its primary application is photoresist stripping and cleaning for semiconductor wafer manufacturing, efficiently removing organic residues without damaging precision circuit structures. It also serves as a key co-solvent in high-performance lithium battery electrolytes, matching with ethylene carbonate to improve ionic conductivity and low-temperature discharge performance for new energy vehicle power batteries. Additional uses include flat panel display array cleaning and precision electronic component degreasing, serving wafer fabs, lithium battery cell makers, and display panel manufacturers.
