This coating grade DMC adopts low-pressure rectification process, with VOC content far lower than EU standards, low odor, and good solubility for a variety of resins (acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin). It will not affect the adhesion and gloss of coatings, and can be biodegraded without secondary pollution. It has passed EU Ecolabel environmental certification, adapting to the production formulas of global coating giants such as AkzoNobel and PPG, reducing the environmental compliance costs of coating enterprises.
Purity ≥ 99.7%, moisture content ≤ 70ppm, acidity ≤ 15ppm, VOC content ≤ 10g/L, density 1.069 g/cm³ at 25°C, viscosity 0.64 mPa·s at 20°C, boiling range 88-91°C, insoluble matter ≤ 0.004%, pH value 6.3-7.4, colorless transparent liquid without impurities. Packaged in 1000L IBC tanks or 200L steel drums, compliant , suitable for large-scale coating production lines.
