This special DMC for polycarbonate synthesis adopts carbonylation synthesis process with a purity of 99.9%, with extremely low impurity content that will not affect the molecular weight distribution and transparency of polycarbonate. It greatly reduces the by-product production in the polycarbonate production process, improving the light transmittance of polycarbonate products to more than 92%. It has passed ISO 9001 quality system certification, and can be directly put into the reaction kettle without additional pre-treatment, adapting to the production formulas of mainstream polycarbonate manufacturers such as Wanhua Chemical and Covestro.

Purity ≥ 99.9%, moisture content ≤ 50ppm, acidity ≤ 10ppm, iron content ≤ 1ppm, density 1.070 g/cm³ at 25°C, viscosity 0.63 mPa·s at 20°C, boiling range 89.5-90.5°C, insoluble matter ≤ 0.003%, pH value 6.0-7.0, colorless transparent liquid without impurities. Packaged in food-grade galvanized steel drums or ISO tanks, compliant with TDG dangerous goods transportation standards, suitable for large-scale polycarbonate production lines.
This product is used for the green synthesis process of bisphenol A polycarbonate, replacing the traditional phosgene method, producing high-end optical grade polycarbonate, food contact grade polycarbonate and automotive lightweight polycarbonate sheets, covering three major fields: engineering plastics, optical materials and food packaging. It complies with GB/T 16990-2008 industrial grade dimethyl carbonate standards, providing green raw materials for the global polycarbonate industry and helping enterprises achieve low-carbon production transformation.
