The heat resistance temperature of this product is as high as 1200℃, which is suitable for the firing process of high-temperature ceramic glazes without decomposition or discoloration, making it the choice for green coloring agents for high-temperature ceramic products. It has excellent weather resistance, and can maintain no fading for more than 15 years in outdoor environments, making it an choice for outdoor advertising coatings and traffic sign coatings. Compared with other green inorganic pigments, this product has bright and uniform hue without impure color difference, and can stably supply uniformly standard coloring effects in batches. At the same time, it meets RoHS environmental protection standards, does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium, and will not cause harm to the environment.

The product is packed in 25kg moisture-proof kraft paper bags, with 40 bags loaded per pallet, with a total net weight of 1000kg. The bulk density is 42g/100mL, and the particle fineness is ≤0.4μm, ensuring no extra equipment power is required during grinding and dispersion. The pH value is stable between 7.0-8.5, compatible with water-based and solvent-based coating systems, and no harmful gases will be generated during high-temperature firing. Each batch of products passes third-party hue detection, with green hue a* value between -10 and -15, and b* value between 20 and 25, and the hue depth can be customized according to customer requirements.

It is mainly used in high-temperature ceramic glazes, outdoor traffic sign coatings, advertising spray inks, high-temperature industrial coatings and other scenarios. In the ceramic field, it can be used to prepare green glazes for building ceramics and sanitary wares, with bright and lasting color after firing. In the traffic sign field, it can be used to prepare road marking coatings with excellent weather resistance and reflective performance. In the ink field, it can be used for outdoor advertising spraying, resisting ultraviolet irradiation and rain erosion to maintain clear and lasting signs.
