The core advantages of this product are its lead-free formula and ultra-low heavy metal content, which fully complies with global environmental protection regulations such as EU ROHS and US EPA standards. Its bright yellow color shade is more vivid than most inorganic yellow pigments, and the excellent weather resistance ensures that outdoor coatings maintain stable color for more than 12 years. The high heat resistance up to 250℃ allows it to be used in high-temperature baking coating scenarios. Additionally, its excellent dispersion performance in solvent-based systems ensures uniform color and no agglomeration, improving production efficiency for downstream manufacturers.

This lead-free chrome yellow pigment has a particle size ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 micrometers, with a bulk density of 1.0 to 1.3 g/cm³. The chromium content is controlled at ≤0.001%, far lower than the regulatory limit. The pH value is between 5.0 and 7.0 to ensure stable application performance. Each drum contains 25kg of pigment, while pallets can hold up to 800kg for bulk transportation. It has a light fastness rating of Grade 7 and can withstand over 3500 hours of outdoor exposure without fading. The heat resistance temperature reaches up to 250℃, making it suitable for high-temperature baking automotive coatings.

This pigment is widely used in automotive topcoat coatings, where it provides bright yellow color and excellent weather resistance for car body coatings. It is also applied in industrial anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures and outdoor advertising inkjet inks, providing stable bright yellow color. Additionally, it serves as a colorant in packaging printing inks for non-direct food contact products, meeting strict environmental protection standards. It is not suitable for direct food contact applications, but can be used in auxiliary packaging materials such as carton inks and plastic packaging coatings.
