It is prepared using high-temperature solid-phase synthesis process with stable crystal structure, which can withstand high-temperature firing above 1200°C without decomposition or discoloration in ceramic glazes. It has excellent strong acid and alkali resistance, and can maintain stable color performance in various harsh chemical environments. It also has excellent weather and light resistance, and its service life can reach more than 20 years in outdoor scenarios. The product has high color saturation and uniform color, complies with REACH and ISO certification standards, providing a reliable blue coloring solution for high-end artistic creation, aerospace industry, high-end building materials and other fields.

Specific parameters include: CoAl₂O₄ crystal structure, particle size 20-40 microns, density 4.4 g/cm³, pH value 6.5-7.5 (neutral), hiding power ≥92%, oil absorption 15-20 g/100g, heat resistance temperature up to 1200°C, light resistance level 8, weather resistance level 5, complying with ISO 13320 particle size testing standards and EU REACH regulations, packaged as 5kg per corrugated carton.

It is mainly applicable to the high-end ceramic glaze industry, including glaze coloring of artistic ceramics, sanitary ware and industrial ceramics, coloring of high-temperature resistant coatings for aerospace industry, coloring and decoration of glass products. It can also be used for color matching of high-end artistic painting pigments and high-end automotive original coatings, providing a bright, lasting and stable blue appearance for high-end products, suitable for artistic creation, high-end building materials, aerospace and other high-end fields.
