It is prepared using furnace method high-temperature cracking process, with small and uniform particle size, extremely high blackness and gloss. Compared with ordinary carbon black, it has better dispersibility and can be directly added to ink and rubber substrates without extra dispersant treatment. It has excellent UV resistance, which can effectively block the aging damage of UV rays to the base material and extend the service life of products. It also has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable color performance in various solvents and acid-base environments. The product complies with REACH and ISO certification standards, and does not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other harmful substances, making it an environmentally friendly high-end black coloring pigment.

Specific parameters include: carbon black content ≥99.5%, particle size 10-30 nanometers, density 1.8 g/cm³, pH value 6.0-7.0 (neutral), oil absorption 60-70 g/100g, DBP absorption value 120-150 cm³/100g, heat resistance temperature up to 350°C, light resistance level 8, weather resistance level 5, complying with ISO 1431 carbon black testing standards and EU REACH regulations, packaged as 10kg per cardboard box.

It is mainly applicable to the high-end ink industry, including color matching of offset printing ink, flexographic printing ink and digital printing ink, coloring and anti-aging of rubber products such as tires and rubber seals, color matching of automotive coatings and industrial coatings. It can also be used for plastic coloring and preparation of carbon fiber composite materials, providing a deep and uniform black appearance for various products, suitable for printing packaging, automotive manufacturing, rubber industry and other high-end industrial scenarios.
