Adopting low-temperature synthesis process, the product retains the bright blue color tone of ultramarine pigments, while reducing the heavy metal content, meeting global food contact safety standards. The original hydrophilic modification process improves the dispersibility in water-based coatings and food packaging inks, avoiding pigment agglomeration leading to spot problems. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, and will not precipitate harmful substances in acidic or alkaline food contact environments. The light fastness reaches level 7, which can meet the needs of long-term outdoor use. It also has good hiding power, which can effectively shield the substrate color and improve the appearance quality of terminal products.

The main chemical component is sodium aluminum silicon sulfur oxide, with ultramarine content ≥98%. The color tone is bright ultramarine blue, complying with GB/T 1863-2008 standards. The pH value ranges from 6.5 to 7.5, suitable for water-based and oil-based systems. The heavy metal content (lead, cadmium, mercury) is ≤10ppm, far lower than the limit standards of the EU and FDA. The average particle size is 0.15 μm, improving the uniformity of coloring. The oil absorption is 30-40 g/100g, suitable for high-viscosity food packaging ink systems. The moisture content is ≤0.2%, with no harmful volatile impurities. The product is packaged in 15kg sealed cartons with moisture-proof inner membranes, passing FDA 21 CFR Part 178.3297 and EU 10/2011 certifications.

It is mainly used in food packaging printing inks, children's toy coatings, tableware surface coatings, toothpaste packaging, cosmetic packaging and other scenarios that directly contact food or the human body. In the food packaging field, it can be used to produce blue printing inks for plastic packaging, and will not contaminate food. In the children's toy industry, it can provide safe and stable blue coloring for plastic toys, complying with EU toy safety standards. In toothpaste and cosmetic packaging, it can be used for label printing and appearance coloring, improving the high-end feel of products. It can also be used in outdoor billboard coatings, architectural decorative coatings and other scenarios to meet the coloring needs of different industries.
