This pigment is prepared using high-purity rutile titanium dioxide process, which has better weather resistance and yellowing resistance compared to anatase type. It strictly follows FDA and EU food contact material safety regulations, and does not contain heavy metal harmful substances. The uniform particle size distribution enables uniform coloring without affecting the original flavor of food. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, and maintains stable color performance even in high-temperature processing environments. It can be directly added to food contact substrates without extra complex processing procedures, providing a safe and reliable coloring solution for food manufacturing enterprises.

Specific parameters include: rutile crystal structure, particle size 150-300 nanometers, VOC content less than 0.1%, packaged as 25kg per corrugated carton, density 4.2 g/cm³, pH value 6.5-7.5 (neutral), hiding power ≥98%, oil absorption 18-22 g/100g, heat resistance temperature up to 200°C, applicable pH range 4-10, complying with FDA 21 CFR 178.3297 and EU 10/2011 food contact safety standards.

It is mainly applicable to food contact scenarios, including coloring of candy and chocolate coatings, coloring of hard pharmaceutical capsule shells, food packaging films and label printing, coloring of disposable food containers. It can also be extended to color components of children's toys that meet food contact safety certification requirements of major global markets, providing a safe and lasting white appearance for products.
