The standout features of this ultramarine blue pigment include its bright, vivid blue color that cannot be replicated by most organic pigments. It has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, maintaining stable color performance in both acidic and alkaline processing systems. It disperses easily in water-based and solvent-based inks, providing uniform color distribution without agglomeration. It is non-toxic and meets EU REACH environmental standards, making it suitable for food packaging paper and child-safe product printing.

This pigment is made of sodium aluminum silicate sulfide with a purity of ≥95%. Its average particle size ranges from 0.15 to 0.25 micrometers, ensuring smooth ink flow and sharp print results. The oil absorption rate is between 25 and 30 g per 100 grams, allowing for easy adjustment of ink viscosity during formulation. It has a light fastness rating of 7 to 8 per ASTM standards, and can resist acid and alkali corrosion without color change. Each 10kg cardboard drum is sealed with a plastic inner bag to prevent moisture contamination and ensure product quality during storage.

This ultramarine blue pigment is primarily used in offset printing inks, water-based flexographic inks, paper coating for packaging and stationery, textile dyeing auxiliary agents, and cosmetic coloring products. It is especially popular for printing high-end packaging boxes, children's book illustrations, and cosmetic product labels, as it provides a bright, stable blue color that maintains its appearance through multiple printing and drying processes.
