Compared with natural iron oxide red, this synthetic product has uniform hue without impure color difference, and can stably supply uniformly standard coloring effects in batches. Its heat resistance temperature reaches 350℃, suitable for rubber vulcanization and high-temperature paint baking processing scenarios without discoloration or decomposition. This pigment does not contain any soluble heavy metals, meets EU REACH environmental protection standards, and will not cause harm to the production environment and user health. Compared with similar red pigments, it has excellent dispersibility, and can achieve uniform coloring without additional dispersants in water-based mortar and primer systems, effectively improving production efficiency.

The product is packed in 50kg laminated woven bags, with net weight of 50±0.5kg per bag. The bulk density is 45g/100mL, and the particle fineness is ≤0.5μm, ensuring no particle residue during grinding. The pH value is stable between 6.5-8.0, compatible with alkaline cement mortar and solvent-based anti-rust primer systems, and maintains stable performance without changes at ambient temperatures of -40℃ to 80℃. Each batch of products passes third-party hue detection, with red hue a* value controlled between 15-25, and the hue depth can be customized according to customer requirements.

It is mainly used in colored cement bricks, exterior wall mortar, asphalt pavement coloring, automotive rubber sealing strips, industrial anti-rust primers and other scenarios. In the construction field, it can be used to prepare colored concrete to improve the aesthetics and durability of building materials. In the rubber industry, it can be used as a coloring agent and reinforcing agent to improve the tensile strength and aging resistance of rubber products. In the coating field, it can be used to prepare anti-rust primers, using the chemical inertness of iron oxide to provide additional anti-corrosion protection for metal substrates.
