This product adopts nanoscale preparation technology, with particle size below 0.15μm and specific surface area up to 50m²/g. Compared with ordinary zinc oxide, its dispersibility is improved by more than 40%, which can be evenly distributed in the rubber system, greatly improving the tensile strength and wear resistance of rubber products. Its ultraviolet protection rate is as high as 98%, which can be used to prepare broad-spectrum sunscreen cosmetics, effectively blocking UVA and UVB rays. At the same time, the product has antibacterial properties, which can inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of rubber products and extend the service life of the product. It meets USP medical grade standards and can be directly used in skin care sunscreen products.

The product is packed in 15kg food-grade plastic barrels with PE inner lining bags, with net weight of 15±0.2kg per barrel. The bulk density is 28g/100mL, and the specific surface area is 50±5 m²/g, with particle size distribution between 0.05-0.15μm. The pH value is stable between 8.0-10.0, compatible with water-based coatings and rubber vulcanization systems, and will not decompose within the processing temperature range of 180-400℃. Each batch of products passes ultraviolet protection rate detection, with a blocking rate of not less than 98% in the wavelength range of 280-380nm.

It is mainly used in automotive tire rubber reinforcement, broad-spectrum sunscreen cosmetics, industrial anti-rust coatings, ceramic glazes and other scenarios. In the rubber industry, it can be used as a reinforcing agent and coloring agent to improve the wear resistance and service life of tires. In the cosmetics field, it can be used to prepare physical sunscreen products without chemical irritation, suitable for sensitive skin. In the coating field, it can be used as a weather resistance additive to improve the ultraviolet aging resistance of coatings and extend the service life of outdoor coating products.
