This anti-mold agent uses high-purity glucomannan extracted from natural konjac as the core raw material, and adopts low-temperature wall-breaking purification technology to obtain a 300-mesh ultra-fine particle size, which can achieve an adsorption rate for zearalenone, flavor and nutritional structure of food raw materials. Its neutral PH value is compatible with most food processing technologies, will not corrode production equipment, and does not contain chemical additives and preservatives, and can be directly added to food raw materials such as grains, edible oil and plant protein. The hydrogen bond adsorption mechanism can accurately combine with mycotoxin molecules without adsorbing beneficial nutrients such as dietary fiber and vitamins in food, solving the industry pain point of nutrient loss caused by traditional anti-mold agents.

The core active ingredient high-purity glucomannan content is ≥95%, the particle size is 300 mesh (particle size ≤48μm), the moisture content is ≤7%, the total heavy metals are ≤5ppm, the PH value is 6.5-7.5, the packaging is 10kg food-grade carton with aluminum foil lining, the storage condition is dry and ventilated place, the shelf life is 18 months, it meets the FDA and EU food contact material safety standards, and can be directly added to food raw materials. The recommended dosage is 0.05%-0.2% per ton of raw materials.
It is mainly suitable for grain and oil processing plants, health food production enterprises, beverage raw material suppliers and organic food processing plants. It can be used for detoxification of raw materials such as corn, rice and wheat, and can also be used for toxin adsorption in the production of vegetable oil and plant protein drinks.
