Using modified bentonite as the core adsorption component, the toxin adsorption efficiency is increased by more than 25% compared with ordinary bentonite. Matched with calcium propionate, it can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of common storage molds such as aspergillus flavus, penicillium and aspergillus, realizing the dual functions of mildew proof and mycotoxin removal through dual effects. The product is powdery, can be directly mixed with grain or sprayed on the surface of grain, easy to use, will not change the original quality and taste of grain, meets the grain storage safety standards, has no toxic residues, and will not have a negative impact on subsequent grain processing.

The content of modified bentonite is ≥70%, the content of calcium propionate is ≥25%, the adsorption rate of aflatoxin B1 is ≥85%, the mold inhibition rate is ≥90%, the moisture content is ≤10%, the particle size is 100 mesh (pore size 150μm), the recommended dosage is 20-50 grams per 1000 kg of grain, the shelf life is 12 months, the storage temperature range is 10℃-30℃, and it should avoid humid and high-temperature environment. It has passed the record certification of grain storage mildew inhibitors by the Ministry of Agriculture of China, and meets the GB 2760 food additive use standard.
It is mainly used for mildew proof and mycotoxin removal treatment of grain such as wheat, corn, soybean and rice during storage, suitable for large grain warehouses, farm grain storage points and grain traders' storage scenarios. It can effectively reduce the mildew rate and mycotoxin content of grain during storage, ensuring the storage quality and food safety of grain. It is especially suitable for grain storage in high temperature and high humidity areas, extending the storage shelf life of grain to more than 6 months.
