The core advantages of this prepreg include excellent high temperature resistance, excellent fatigue resistance and good chemical stability. It solves the pain points of traditional metal materials such as heavy weight, easy corrosion and poor heat resistance in industrial applications. The BMI resin matrix has excellent adhesion to carbon fibers, and the prepreg has good dimensional stability, ensuring the processing accuracy of industrial equipment structural parts. It is compatible with automated fiber placement equipment, suitable for mass production of large-scale industrial structural parts.
The prepreg uses 12K tow T800 carbon fiber as the reinforcement material, with an areal weight ranging from 150g/㎡ to 450g/㎡. The BMI resin content is 35±2%, and the curing cycle is 60-120 minutes at 200℃. The storage shelf life is up to 6 months under -10℃ conditions. The sheet flatness is ≤0.5mm/m, and the interlaminar shear strength is ≥90MPa. It has good resistance to most industrial solvents such as ethanol, acetone and hydraulic oil.
This product is mainly applicable to the industrial automation industry, including manufacturing of industrial robot arms, automated mechanical arms, semiconductor equipment racks, wind turbine blade root parts and new energy vehicle battery pack structural parts. It can also be used in high-temperature industrial equipment and aerospace secondary structural parts.
