It is equipped with a 40-1000x high-definition optical magnification system and an automatic objective turret, which can quickly switch magnification. The micro loading force design from 0.01gf to 1000gf adapts to the hardness testing needs of micro samples, solving the pain point that traditional hardness testers cannot detect microscopic areas. It is equipped with an HD digital imaging system, which can automatically capture indentation images and automatically calculate hardness values through software, greatly improving testing efficiency and accuracy. The workbench supports X/Y axis bidirectional adjustment, which can quickly locate the testing area. The built-in multiple interfaces support data export and remote teaching demonstration, adapting to the digital management needs of modern laboratories.
The overall size is 580mm × 450mm × 680mm, with a net weight of 45kg. The magnification range is 40x-1000x, the loading force range is 0.01gf-1000gf, and the table travel is X75mm/Y50mm. It is equipped with a 4-position automatic objective turret, an oil-immersed 100x objective lens, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5%HV. The HD imaging resolution can reach 12 million pixels, supporting automatic indentation measurement and data analysis. It is equipped with a standard diamond indenter, adopts a cold light source lighting system with adjustable brightness, supports Chinese/English bilingual operation interface, and can store 5000 sets of test data and corresponding images.

It is mainly used in metallographic sample hardness analysis, semiconductor chip packaging hardness testing, micro mechanical parts quality inspection, jewelry hardness testing, microscopic material research in university research institutes and other scenarios. It can accurately detect the hardness value of micron-level areas, providing accurate data support for material research and development and quality control.
