The installation size of the whole machine is 300mm×200mm×150mm, which adapts to standard assembly line installation interfaces. The vertical measurement resolution is 0.005μm, and the measurement range covers 0~150μm. The detection speed can reach 20m/min, and it can automatically match the production line running speed. It is powered by AC220V industrial power supply, with IP65 protection grade. It supports Ethernet and Profibus-DP industrial data interfaces, which can be directly connected to the enterprise MES system. It supports remote cloud platform monitoring, and can upload test data to the cloud in real time, realizing quality data traceability of batch workpieces. The working temperature range is 0~50℃, adapting to the high temperature environment of industrial workshops.
