The overall size of the machine is 120mm×65mm×35mm, with an anti-slip ABS shell. The tip radius of the probe is strictly controlled at 2μm±0.1μm. The maximum longitudinal measurement stroke is 20mm, and the maximum transverse stroke is 50mm. The battery life can reach 12 hours of continuous detection, and fast charging can fill 90% of the battery in 1 hour. The display supports Chinese/English switching, and can display measurement curves, parameter values and deviation comparison in real time. It supports storing 10000 sets of complete detection data, including original contour curves and statistical parameters, complies with international ISO 1997 and DIN 4768 roughness detection standards, and supports multiple unit switching (μm, μmRa, μin, etc.).

It is mainly suitable for auto parts manufacturing (such as crankshaft, camshaft, gear surface detection), hardware stamping parts processing, mold grinding and polishing quality inspection, aerospace precision parts detection, 3C electronic product shell surface quality inspection and other scenarios.
