It also supports one-click switching of multiple parameters for detection, greatly improving testing efficiency.

The overall size of the machine is 220mm×150mm×80mm, and the total weight is about 1.2kg. The vertical measurement resolution is 0.01μm, and the measurement range covers 0~100μm, which is suitable for surface roughness detection of common metal and plastic workpieces. It adopts a 3.5-inch color LCD screen, supports Chinese and English interface switching, and the data storage capacity can reach 1000 sets of test data. The USB2.0 interface can quickly transmit data to the PC. The working temperature range is 0~40℃, and the storage temperature is -20~60℃, adapting to most industrial field environments.

It is mainly used for on-site surface roughness detection of workpieces in industries such as machinery manufacturing, hardware processing, auto parts and mold processing. For example, it can be used for rapid roughness detection of crankshaft journals, hardware stamping parts and mold cavities.
