The 1000Hz high-speed sampling rate ensures high-precision test data. The built-in high-temperature and high-pressure analysis software can automatically correct the test errors in extreme environments, and is equipped with a pressure relief valve and overheat protection device to improve use safety, solving the pain point that the equipment cannot withstand extreme working conditions in special material R&D scenarios.
The overall dimensions are 1500×1200×1800 mm, net weight 850 kg, power supply 380V 50Hz, maximum power 15 kW, rotor diameter 80mm, speed range 0.005-150 rpm, equipped with a pressure monitoring system to real-time display the cavity pressure, supports remote control and data collection, can store more than 10000 sets of test data, the body is equipped with heat insulation design to prevent heat leakage, and is equipped with an emergency stop button to improve operation safety.
