It uses Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless data transmission, and supports connection with mobile phones and tablets through supporting iOS and Android APPs. It is compatible with various mini sample molds, solving the pain point that traditional large-scale rheometers cannot be used for on-site testing, saving the time cost of sample transportation and laboratory testing.
The working temperature range is 0–40°C, with temperature control accuracy of ±2°C. The torque measurement range is 0.1–50 N·m with 0.005 N·m resolution, rotational speed range is 20–150 rpm with ±1 rpm accuracy. The APP supports real-time data viewing and analysis, and can export test data in CSV format. It is equipped with a 4.3-inch LED display screen, and supports manual calibration with standard weights.
It is suitable for on-site material detection, coating manufacturers' on-site formula adjustment, small-scale plastic processing plant small-batch trial production, and university field scientific research testing. Typical application scenarios include rapidly testing the rheological properties of collected polymer samples during outdoor field research without bringing them back to the laboratory, and adjusting the formula of water-based coatings on site to meet customer requirements.
