Adopting a co-rotating twin-screw structure, it has high mixing uniformity and can fully plasticize and mix various materials. The screw gap can be adjusted freely to meet different mixing requirements, and the overload protection system can automatically stop the equipment when the torque exceeds the set range to avoid equipment damage. The industrial-grade control system supports remote monitoring and data sharing, and the real-time data dashboard can dynamically display torque, temperature and other parameters. Compared with single-screw rheometers, it has more uniform mixing effect and higher test reproducibility, which can provide more accurate data support for process optimization.
The temperature control accuracy is ±0.5℃, and the torque measurement accuracy is ±0.3% FS. The screw speed can be steplessly adjusted, and the mixing time can be set arbitrarily. The device is equipped with a material feeding port and a discharge port, which can realize continuous or batch mixing tests. The built-in data analysis software can generate professional test reports including viscosity curves, torque-time curves and other data. It supports connection with industrial computers and MES systems, and can be integrated into the mid-pilot production line for closed-loop process control.
It is mainly used in modified plastic factories, engineering plastic production enterprises, rubber product manufacturers and new material R&D centers.
