It integrates directly into the production line without interrupting normal production, realizing real-time data collection and feedback. It is equipped with a PROFIBUS DP interface to connect with existing SCADA systems of production lines, and supports remote monitoring and data viewing in the central control room. The body is made of corrosion-resistant cast iron, which can resist the erosion of high-temperature melt and industrial dust. It has an automatic fault diagnosis function, which will send out an alarm when abnormal rheological parameters are detected, solving the pain point that traditional offline testing cannot provide real-time production feedback.
The installation dimensions are 1200mm×800mm×1500mm, with a total weight of 850kg. The torque measurement range is 5–500 N·m with 0.1 N·m resolution, rotational speed range is 5–300 rpm with ±0.2 rpm accuracy, and temperature control range is room temperature to 450°C with ±0.5°C accuracy. The data acquisition frequency is 2000 Hz, and supports cloud storage of test data. It is equipped with a 15-inch industrial touch screen operating interface, and supports multi-language switching.
It is suitable for plastic extrusion production lines, rubber injection molding workshops, composite material continuous production lines and large-scale chemical material processing plants. Typical application scenarios include real-time monitoring of melt viscosity in PVC pipe extrusion production to adjust extruder speed and temperature, ensuring uniform wall thickness and stable quality of pipes, and optimizing the processing parameters of polyurethane foam materials to improve product performance.
