The operating noise is ≤60 dB, creating a comfortable working environment. It supports Wi-Fi wireless data transmission, and can realize remote data viewing through cloud platform. It is equipped with a special test mold for biodegradable materials, optimizing the algorithm for the rheological properties of biodegradable polymers.
The energy saving level reaches first-class energy efficiency standard, with an average power consumption of 1.2 kW/h during normal operation. The overall dimensions are 700mm×550mm×1000mm, with a total weight of 220kg. The torque measurement range is 0.5–200 N·m with 0.008 N·m resolution, rotational speed range is 10–180 rpm with ±0.4 rpm accuracy, and temperature control accuracy is ±1°C. It supports data cloud storage, and the software is equipped with a special analysis module for biodegradable material rheological properties, supporting export of test reports in PDF, Excel and TXT formats.
It is suitable for biodegradable plastic R&D, food packaging material testing, environmental-friendly coating R&D, and bio-based material formula optimization. Typical application scenarios include testing the melt rheological properties of polylactic acid biodegradable plastics to optimize injection molding process parameters, reducing energy consumption and waste generation during production.
