The PID closed-loop temperature control system ensures accurate temperature control of the sample chamber, with an accuracy of ±0.5℃. It is equipped with wear-resistant coated rotors, which have a service life of more than 5000 hours of continuous use. The supporting data analysis software can generate intuitive rheological curves, torque-time curves and other analysis reports, and supports exporting data in multiple formats such as CSV and PDF. It supports replacing different types of rotors such as internal mixer rotors and capillary rotors to meet the testing needs of different sample types, solving the problem of single test function of traditional small-scale testing equipment.
The equipment adopts a modular design, with a 7-inch touch screen for easy operation. The sample chamber is made of alloy tool steel, with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm to ensure uniform heat transfer. The driving system adopts a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor, which provides stable and adjustable rotation speed. The noise level during operation is ≤65 dB, which meets the noise control standards of general laboratories. The equipment supports offline data storage, with a storage capacity of 1000 sets of test data. The operating temperature range is 10~35℃, and the storage temperature range is -20~60℃, which meets the environmental requirements of most laboratory scenarios.
