This product adopts a high-precision torque sensor with 0.01 N·m resolution to ensure accurate data collection. It has a fast temperature response system with ±1°C control accuracy, which can quickly reach the set working temperature. The built-in professional rheological analysis software can automatically generate test reports and support data export in multiple formats. It is compatible with various sample molds, solving the pain points of traditional large-scale rheometers that are bulky and difficult to operate, and meets the needs of small-batch R&D and teaching demonstration.
The overall dimensions are 600mm×450mm×800mm, with a total weight of 120kg. It supports torque measurement range of 0.5–150 N·m, rotational speed range of 10–200 rpm with ±0.5 rpm accuracy, and temperature control range of room temperature to 350°C with ±1°C accuracy. The data acquisition frequency is 1000 Hz, and it can store up to 1000 sets of test data. It is equipped with a 10-inch industrial touch screen, and supports connection to external computers via USB and Ethernet interfaces.
It is suitable for university teaching and research labs, small-scale plastic and rubber R&D workshops, coating formula optimization, and small-batch composite material testing. Typical application scenarios include testing the melt rheological properties of new biodegradable plastics to adjust processing temperature and speed for matching production processes, and analyzing the flow behavior of rubber materials to optimize vulcanization parameters.
