It is equipped with a full-process safety monitoring system including flow monitoring, liquid level monitoring and over-temperature alarm. Compared with traditional large-scale temperature control equipment, its energy consumption is reduced by 25%, solving the pain points of unstable temperature control and high energy consumption in large-scale industrial production.
The temperature control range is -60℃~250℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃. The maximum flow rate of the circulating pump is 50L/min, and the maximum lift is 60m. The effective liquid storage volume is 500L, with a cooling capacity of 40kW at 250℃ and 25kW at -60℃. The power input is 380V 60Hz 3-phase, with an overall size of 2000mm(W)×1500mm(D)×2200mm(H) and a net weight of 1800kg.
