The core advantage of this gabion bag is its portability and easy installation. It can be folded and stored when not in use, occupying only 1/10 of the space of traditional gabion boxes, which greatly reduces transportation and storage costs. The galvanized surface treatment provides excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for use in humid, acidic or alkaline environments. The drawstring closure design ensures that the filling materials will not leak during transportation and construction, and the woven structure has good flexibility, which can adapt to the deformation of the foundation and surrounding environment. Compared with traditional concrete protection structures, this gabion bag has lower construction cost and shorter construction period, and can be quickly deployed in emergency scenarios such as mountain floods and river floods.
It is made of galvanized low-carbon steel wire with a diameter of 2.0mm to 3.5mm, and the woven mesh aperture is 80×100mm. The diameter of the cylindrical gabion bag ranges from 0.8m to 2m, and the height ranges from 1m to 3m. The rectangular gabion bag can be customized with a length of 1m to 4m, width of 0.5m to 2m, and height of 0.3m to 1.5m. The filling capacity is 1 to 5 cubic meters per bag, which meets the ISO 9001 quality certification standard. The packaging adopts PP woven bags, and 10 to 20 bags are packed in each bag, which is convenient for transportation and handling. The tensile strength of the wire is not less than 350MPa, which meets the load requirements of slope protection and flood control, and the service life can reach 10 to 15 years under normal use conditions.
It is mainly used in mountain slope protection, river bank reinforcement, emergency flood control, landslide emergency rescue and other scenarios. It is especially suitable for construction in remote mountainous areas and areas with inconvenient transportation, because it can be transported in a folded state and assembled on site. Typical usage scenarios include the mountain flood prevention project in the Qinling Mountains, the river bank reinforcement project of the Lancang River, and the emergency flood control work of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. It can also be used for temporary protection of foundation pits and temporary isolation of construction sites.
