This gabion net adopts 5% aluminum-zinc alloy (Galfan) coating, with corrosion resistance twice that of ordinary hot-dip galvanizing, meeting marine engineering anti-corrosion standards. The automatic weaving process ensures uniform and flat mesh surface, with tensile strength up to 400MPa, which can withstand wave impact and foundation deformation. The modular design allows on-site splicing into protective structures of any size, and the filled crushed stones can integrate into the marine ecosystem to provide habitats for marine organisms. Compared with traditional reinforced concrete seawalls, the cost is reduced by 40% and the construction period is shortened by 50%.
Standard Specifications: Standard size is 4000mm (length) × 1000mm (width) × 1000mm (height), wire diameter is 3.2mm, mesh opening is 50mm×70mm, Galfan coating weight is 350g/㎡, tensile strength is ≥400MPa, elongation rate is ≥16%. The salt spray test results show no corrosion after 3000 hours. Each package contains 10㎡ wrapped in waterproof plastic crate, with a total of about 60㎡ loaded on a single pallet. The product has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and ABS classification society certification, complying with marine engineering usage standards.
This Galfan coated gabion net is mainly applied to coastal erosion control, marine terminal revetment, island ecological restoration and cross-sea bridge foundation protection. It is suitable for flood control and moisture-proof projects of coastal cities, port and wharf construction, and can effectively resist storm surges and wave impact, protecting the coastal ecological system and reducing coastal sediment loss. It is the preferred eco-friendly material for marine protection engineering.
