The double-layer coating protection can resist ultraviolet aging and acid-alkali corrosion under extreme climates, with a service life of more than 40 years. The flexible structure can adapt to foundation deformation without local cracking or collapse. The modular design can be spliced arbitrarily according to project requirements without on-site welding, and the installation efficiency is increased by 50%, solving the pain point of long construction period and ecological damage of traditional retaining wall construction.
The standard size is 3000mm (length) × 1500mm (width) × 1000mm (height), and any size with a height from 0.5m to 2m can be customized. The mesh hole size is 150×150mm, suitable for natural stones with a diameter of 100-200mm. The empty weight is about 28kg, and the full load can withstand a static load of ≥80kN/㎡. It is packaged in wooden cases, and 2 pieces can be loaded per box to avoid structural deformation during transportation.
It is mainly used for highway slope retaining walls, railway subgrade slope protection, and mountain landslide treatment projects, and can be used for slope protection under urban elevated bridges. It can be filled with natural stones and construction waste recycled materials to realize resource utilization of waste, conforming to the development concept of green infrastructure. It can be combined with planting greening, planting shrubs or herbs in the gabion gaps to improve the landscape effect and ecological restoration ability, while resisting soil erosion and landslide risks caused by strong wind and rain.
