This gabion bag adopts pre-folded modular design, which can be quickly loaded into emergency vehicles. It only needs to be unfolded and filled with stones to complete the installation on site, and the deployment time of a single set is less than 10 minutes. It adopts hot-dip galvanized steel wire, with good corrosion resistance and tensile performance, which can withstand flood impact and soil pressure. The edge of the mesh bag is reinforced with suture technology to avoid leakage of filling materials. It can be reused, and can be folded and recycled after disaster, reducing emergency costs by using local natural stones as filling materials.
Standard Specifications: Folded size is 500mm (length) × 300mm (width) × 100mm (height), unfolded size is 2000mm (length) × 1000mm (width) × 500mm (height), wire diameter is 2.5mm, mesh opening is 70mm×90mm, single set weight is 8kg, tensile strength is ≥300MPa. Each package contains 10 sets wrapped in polypropylene woven bag, with a total of about 50 sets loaded on a single pallet. The product has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, complying with emergency rescue equipment standards.
This folding empty emergency gabion bag is mainly applied to emergency flood control, landslide emergency reinforcement, temporary retaining walls after earthquakes and temporary road slope protection. It is suitable for emergency rescue teams, flood control departments and municipal emergency units. It can quickly build temporary flood embankments and emergency retaining walls to protect people's lives and property. It can fill with local natural stones without additional material procurement, reducing emergency costs and adapting to emergency protection scenarios of various complex terrains.
