It adopts a foldable modular design, which can be stacked during transportation, and the storage space is only 1/5 of traditional gabion boxes. The quick zinc plating coating can complete anti-corrosion treatment within 24 hours, adapting to the rapid delivery needs of emergency projects. The large mesh hole size can quickly fill emergency materials such as sand and gravel and soil, without waiting for special aggregates. The high-strength woven structure can resist flood impact and water flow scouring, and a single box can withstand a dynamic water flow load of ≥30kN/㎡. No special tools are required, and it can be quickly installed and unfolded manually, solving the pain point of slow response speed of traditional flood control projects.
The standard size is 1000mm (length) × 500mm (width) × 500mm (height), which can be used directly after unfolding. The steel wire diameter is 2.8mm, and the tensile strength of a single wire is ≥330MPa. The mesh hole size is 120×150mm, suitable for 100-200mm diameter sand, gravel and soil. The empty weight is about 6kg, and the folded volume is only 0.02m³. It is packaged in collapsible cardboard boxes, and 20 pieces can be loaded per box, which is convenient for rapid transportation to disaster relief sites.
It is mainly used for temporary dyke reinforcement, breach closure, and low-lying area drainage channel protection in the event of a flood, and can be used for emergency protection of mountain flash floods. It can directly use on-site sand, gravel and soil as filling materials without preparing special aggregates in advance, greatly shortening the disaster relief response time. It can be reused, and can be recycled and organized for subsequent emergency protection projects after the disaster, reducing disaster relief costs.
