It adopts a double-layer hexagonal woven structure without weld shedding, with 40% higher tensile strength than welded gabion nets. The 275g/m² hot-dip zinc coating can resist high-salt atmospheric corrosion in coastal areas, with a service life of more than 30 years. The flexible structure can adapt to foundation settlement local cracking or damage. It is easy to install on site without complex construction equipment, only needing to fill natural stones to complete the protection project, greatly reducing construction costs and period, solving the pain point of traditional concrete slope protection destroying the ecological environment.
The standard size is 2000mm (length) × 1000mm (width) × 1000mm (height), and other custom sizes are available. The mesh hole size is uniformly 80×100mm, suitable for natural stones with a diameter of 100-200mm. The steel wire diameter is 3.0mm, and the tensile strength of a single steel wire is ≥350MPa. The empty weight of each box is about 12kg, and the full load can withstand a static load of ≥50kN/㎡. It is packaged with iron frame bundling, and 8 pieces can be loaded on a single pallet, which is convenient for sea and land transportation.
It is mainly used for small and medium-sized river course revetment and shoreline reinforcement projects, can be used for ecological revetment of urban riverside landscape belts, and can also be used for flexible protection of mountain highway slopes. It is suitable for filling of natural stones without purchasing special aggregates, reducing project costs. It can be combined with ecological turf planting technology, planting native plants in the gabion gaps to further improve the landscape and ecological restoration effect, while resisting flood scouring and soil erosion.
