The double-twisted woven structure has no welds, and the overall toughness is strong, which can withstand the deformation caused by uneven settlement of the river bed without rupture. The 0.5mm thick PVC coating can resist corrosion from industrial wastewater and coastal high-salt seawater, and the service life is 60% longer than ordinary galvanized products. The mesh hole size is suitable for 50-100mm gravel filling, and the overall structure is dense after filling, which can effectively block sediment loss while allowing water exchange. It has a light weight of only about 2.2kg per square meter when empty, which is easy to transport and lay on site, greatly shortening the construction period, solving the pain point of complicated construction and high cost of traditional concrete revetment.
The standard size is 4000mm (length) × 2000mm (width) × 300mm (thickness), and any size with a width from 1m to 4m can be customized. The steel wire diameter is 2.7mm, and the tensile strength of a single wire is ≥320MPa. The mesh hole size is 100×120mm, suitable for natural gravel matching the particle size. The full load weight per square meter is about 18kg. It is packaged with polypropylene woven bag bundling, and 20 square meters of finished products can be loaded per bundle, which is easy to handle and store.
It is mainly used for large-scale river bed protection, flood dyke slope foot reinforcement, and flood diversion area protection projects, and can be used for scouring protection downstream of reservoir dams, as well as ecological revetment of coastal tidal flats. It does not require large construction equipment, and only needs manual laying and filling of gravel to complete the operation, adapting to river renovation projects with complex terrain. It can be combined with aquatic plant planting to provide habitat for aquatic organisms, meeting the dual needs of ecological water conservancy construction.
