The standard specification is 4m x 2m x 0.3m, with a mesh opening of 60x80mm, using 4.5mm high-carbon steel wire with 5% Al-Zn alloy coating. The compressive strength reaches 450kPa, and the single mattress weight is about 28kg. Each wooden crate contains 2 mattresses, which is convenient for long-distance transportation. The product has passed the ASTM standard test, meeting the international highway slope protection requirements. The supporting anchor bolts and connection accessories are included in the package, which can be quickly fixed on the slope.
It is mainly applicable to slope protection of highways, railways, mountain roads and airport runways, as well as bank protection of expressways and railway lines. In the slope protection project, it can fix the loose soil on the slope, prevent landslides and debris flow, and at the same time allow vegetation to grow in the mesh gaps, realizing the integration of ecological protection and engineering protection.
