Compared with ordinary galvanized gabion products, it has a longer service life, and can maintain good performance in coastal saline-alkali environments. The modular design of the cage allows for free combination according to the site terrain, and can be flexibly adapted to different project requirements.
The standard specification is 3m x 1m x 0.5m, with a mesh opening of 100x120mm, using 3.5mm high-carbon steel wire with 0.5mm thick PVC coating. The single cage weight is about 9.8kg, and the water permeability reaches 100%, meeting the ecological protection requirements. Each bundle contains 8 cages, which is convenient for transportation and on-site handling. The supporting connection clips and binding wires are included in the package, which can be assembled by 2-3 workers in a short time.
It is mainly used in ecological river channel renovation, artificial wetland construction, garden landscape slope protection, and lake shoreline restoration. In the process of river restoration, it can fix the riverbank soil, prevent soil erosion, and at the same time allow plants to grow in the gaps of the gabion, forming a natural ecological buffer zone. It can also be used in the construction of urban rain and flood management projects, playing a role in water storage and seepage control.
