The large diameter 4.0mm high-carbon steel wire improves the overall load-bearing capacity, and the 150×200mm mesh aperture is suitable for filling large stones and concrete blocks to enhance structural stability. The heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating can resist the erosion of seawater and soil for more than 40 years, meeting the long-term service requirements of offshore projects. The large-size design reduces the number of on-site splices and improves construction efficiency. It can be customized according to the actual needs of the project to meet the special requirements of different marine engineering.
The mesh aperture is 150mm×200mm, the wire diameter is 4.0mm, and the standard unit size is 6000mm (length) × 2000mm (width) × 2000mm (height). The single cage can fill about 24 cubic meters of stones, and the weight of the mesh per cage is about 120kg. The tensile strength is ≥450MPa, the heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating thickness is ≥120μm, and it passes the 1000-hour salt spray test. The products are transported in bulk, and are assembled on site with the help of cranes.
It is suitable for land reclamation projects in coastal areas, port wharf expansion, offshore wind power foundation protection and offshore platform construction, serving marine engineering, port construction and large-scale water conservancy projects. It has been applied in the Shenzhen Bay land reclamation project, effectively promoting the progress of the regional offshore engineering project.
